8 REASONS WHY BLOGGING IS PERFECT FOR YOU

I can tell you that no other online business works better for me like blogging.

When I first started in the online business, I started with affiliate marketing where I review to 5 best products but I just could not keep up as it was not right for me.

But ever since I starting blogging, no matter how discouraged I am I still find myself waking up to write a blog post.

This was as a result of how committed it made me on a particular task as I seat for hours writing one blog post (There is no way I could stay in a place for hours doing any other job).

Since most of our daily jobs are quite stressful, people tend to find other things they can do to make them relaxed.

No other hobby beats the chance to sit down and document what goes on in your life or simply writing on a topic that interest you.

This is where blogging comes in. instead of having to use the traditional way of writing which involves documenting using pen and paper and sharing that information on Newspapers or journals which will only provide you with limited readers.

Technology has provided a much better way for people to publish their contents and reach more audience and there is no other better way than blogging.

Since most people work 9-5 jobs which makes that depend on pay check to pay check and may not be able to meet all their financial needs, they tend to look for a side business (hustle) they can attach to bring in extra cash.

Blogging is by far the easiest side hustle anyone can do (just a personal belief).

Though blogging requires you to put in extra work it is not as demanding as other side hustles. All you have to focus on when it comes to blogging is setting up the blog, writing quality contents and making sure that your contents reach the right people.

The myth about blogging is that it is not a get rich quick scheme. Unlike what you hear some so-called bloggers tell you blogging takes time but has the potential when done right to earn you a full-time income to live the kind of life you desire.

Without wasting much time lets dive into the 8 reasons why blogging is perfect for you.

It Helps You Stay Focused And Improve Yourself

The number one reason why I consider blogging to be perfect for anyone is the ability it provides for people to stay focused. When writing a blog post, you need to be fully concentrated and avoid any form of distractions around you. Since you know you are not just writing for yourself you will have to do more research on a particular topic and write in a way that it would be easy for people to read. By so doing, you will not only be focused on writing but the chances of you improving in your writing skills.

You Can Help Others By Blogging

Not everyone goes on the internet to catch up with friends or for fun, the majority of them are there looking for answers to solve a particular problem. If you have a good knowledge about a particular topic that you know people needs answers to example “How to lose weight” (this is a niche that gets thousands of searched each month) you can use your blog as a medium to help people by providing them with tips that can be used to lose weight fast. This works for every other niche and you can help thousands of people on a daily bases through your blog.

You Become More Grounded In A Particular Topic

The moment you make up your mind to start blogging on a particular topic, you will begin to do more research on that topic. You don’t want to start blogging about how to lose weight and when one of your readers ask you a question you will not be able to respond. Since your goal will be for people to consider you as an expert in that niche you will continue to read books, attend seminars, and do more research to become more grounded in that niche.

It Can Be Done Part-time

Since most people have a full-time job they do and it would not be fair to trade your working hours doing other businesses you can start blogging part-time. For me since my job won’t give me the chance to blog during weekdays I only write contents for my blog during the weekends. What I do is I use during my launch hour or when I get back home from work to make all my research on the topic I want to cover so it will make it easier for me to write during the weekends. For those that have a full-time job, I recommend you start with one blog if you don’t want to burn yourself out.

You Can Make Extra Cash

It would be a wrong motive to go into blogging expecting to make start making money immediately. The problem with most of the professional bloggers who show you their income report of how much they made in a particular month does not tell people how long it took them to start making that kind of money. Can I make a lot of money from blogging? Yes, but it takes time and consistency. When starting a blog for the first time, your target should not be on the amount of money you can make but on how you can help other people solve one problem or the other. This is why I recommend you start blogging on a topic you have a passion for.

You Can Live The Kind Of Life You Want

The truth is when you here most professional bloggers tell you how much money they make in their income report they are not lying. Imagine the kind of life you can live earning $20,000 to $30,000 on a monthly bases. Though this can only be possible when you have a large audience with ads and affiliate links on your blog. The good thing about it is that it works and if you are consistent you can also reach that level. You can be just like Michelle who runs Makingsenseofcents.com who through blogging has been able to pay off her debts and travels the world full-time.

You Become An Author

The moment you start writing contents on your blog, you become an author automatically. Let me rephrase the word the moment you start writing plagiarism free (original/your own) contents you become an author automatically. If you are focused on a particular topic and have been able to write a good number of contents on that topic, you can put those topics together to form one piece and create an e-book that you can sell on your blog or Amazon and you can also publish it on hard copy.

You Can Build A Community

If you focus on blogging about a particular topic, chances are that you will get the attention of people that have interest in that topic from all over the world and build a community. With that, you can get into discussions with those people and also get more ideas on topics to write about. The key to successful blogging is building a community with like-minded people as you are guaranteed on them constantly visiting your blog.
